RefSettle helps you match received referee pay to game fees. No account is required.
1. Record each game and its expected fee. 2. Record a payment only after you actually receive it. 3. Open the payment, choose Match payment, and explicitly enter credit for each game.
Unknown amounts remain unmatched. A short payment does not automatically become a deduction. Only enter known withholding with a confirmed reason; it never increases cash received. A source such as ArbiterPay is separate from the school or league payer identity.
Your first 12 successfully created games are free, with no time limit. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for unlimited new games. Deleting or archiving games does not return the allowance. Existing records, corrections, payments, matching, export, backup, and restore remain available without Lifetime. Use Settings → Restore Purchase with the same Apple Account to restore a verified purchase.
Use Settings → Backup regularly and save a copy outside the device to a private location. Local snapshots are removed when the app is uninstalled. Backups contain readable personal income records and are not password-encrypted. Restore validates a backup, presents a summary, and replaces the device ledger after confirmation; it does not merge. Older backups cannot lower the known cumulative game allowance.
Void is only for incorrect or duplicate payment entries. Real refunds paid out are outside V1. RefSettle does not move money, connect banks, generate invoices, or provide tax advice. Records do not automatically sync between iPhone and iPad.
