RefSettle keeps your referee pay records on this device. We do not collect your business data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics SDKs, AI services, or business servers.
Apple handles purchases. Export and file selection occur only when you request them. You decide where to save and with whom to share files.
Backups contain personal income records in readable JSON. They are not password-encrypted. Save them to a private location. SHA-256 detects accidental corruption; it is not proof of identity or protection against deliberate changes.
Device snapshots are lost when the app is uninstalled. Save an external backup before uninstalling or moving devices. Data does not automatically sync between iPhone and iPad.

iOS device backups may include local app data according to system settings. Apple StoreKit handles verified purchase and restoration; purchase access is separate from ledger backups. No camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library or health permissions are needed.

This website is hosted by GitHub Pages, whose service may process connection and request information under its own privacy statement. The website has no advertising, analytics, contact form or tracking cookies. Voluntary support email follows the existing company support policy and is separate from local pay records.
