Record expected fees
Record each game and its expected fee. Keep a payment source separate from the school or league payer identity.
Match actual receipts
Record a payment only after receiving it. Match payment with explicit credit for each game; unknown amounts remain unmatched.
Keep corrections accountable
A short payment does not automatically become a deduction. Record only known withholding with a confirmed reason; it never increases cash received.
Scope and checks
RefSettle does not move money, connect banks, generate invoices or provide tax advice. Void corrects incorrect or duplicate payment entries; real refunds paid out are outside this version.
Free access and purchases
The first 12 successfully created games are free with no time limit. Deletion or archiving does not return the allowance. US$19.99 one-time Lifetime unlocks unlimited new games. Existing payments, matching, corrections and exports remain available; Apple displays the applicable price.
Your data and backups
The ledger stays on the device without automatic sync. Save readable full backups to a private location outside the device. Restore validates and replaces the ledger after confirmation; it does not merge or lower the known cumulative allowance. Purchase access is separate from backups.
