GearProof Demo: Camera Kit Checkout & Partial Returns

The camera is back. One battery is not.

Follow one interview kit from checkout to return: count the batteries, record a damaged charger and keep the missing item outstanding.

Recorded in GearProof 1.0.0 (1) on an iOS 18 simulator, October 30, 2026. Fictional records; silent, edited demonstration. The App interface is English.

Video transcript and visual walkthrough

This is a silent recording. Each heading below reproduces or describes a video chapter; the text explains the visible action. The example is fictional, not a customer testimonial.

  1. 00:00 · Check out the whole kit

The fictional Interview Kit is selected for one handoff. Review its items and accessory quantities, then confirm the checkout for the borrower.

  2. 00:10.5 · Three batteries out. Two back.

During return reconciliation, enter two returned batteries against the original quantity of three. The third battery has not been received.

  3. 00:21.5 · Record damage separately

Record the charger as damaged. A condition issue is kept separate from the quantity still outstanding.

  4. 00:25.5 · Keep the missing battery outstanding

Confirm the partial return while the missing battery remains outstanding. Returning the camera does not mean every accessory has returned.

  5. 00:29.5 · Review the remaining issues

The final views show the missing battery and damaged charger on record. Follow up on each issue without marking the entire kit complete.

Use this workflow on one checkout iPhone

GearProof is for one coordinator recording shared equipment. The demonstration covers checkout and return reconciliation; it does not show multi-phone synchronization, reservations or a real purchase. Read the product page for trial, lifetime access and backup details.
