Keep family formals moving
For wedding photographers and on-site assistants managing a named family photo plan. Mark one person Away to update every affected pending group, and continue with a group that is ready. One iPhone is the authoritative device for the current run; iOS 18 or later is required.
Partial stays pending; retakes recall people
A partial capture records the people actually present without completing the promised full group. Catch-up includes blocked and held groups. Reopening a retake keeps the old capture and immediately recalculates who is still needed. Can Leave This Plan only means no unresolved group on this plan needs that person.
Local plans, reports and portable backups
Create people and groups, or import a structured UTF-8 CSV with explicit identity mapping. Export PDF plans, results and CSV, or save a complete .formalsflow backup. Restore creates independent copies instead of replacing current weddings. No camera connection, guest recognition or photo-quality verification is provided.
Seven days, then one purchase
Planned as a free US App Store download. Activate the zero-price non-consumable 7-day Trial when ready, or buy Lifetime for US$9.99. No subscription or automatic recurring charge. An authorized run continues until Finish after trial expiry. History, export, backup, restore and delete remain available. Apple shows the actual price before purchase.
