Who we are
TMProof is developed by Hailink Labs, the brand of Shenzhen Hailink Technology Co., Ltd.. This policy covers the app and your contact with us.
Information used by the app
TMProof uses company and project details, work descriptions, labor, materials, equipment, notes, ticket dates and status, and the photos and signatures you add. These are data used by the app, not data automatically collected by Hailink Labs.
Local storage and cloud services
Projects, tickets, photos and signatures are stored on your iPhone. No account, automatic cloud sync or Hailink Labs business-data server is used. Core ticket work and PDF generation work offline.
Hailink Labs does not automatically receive your app records or operate a server for them. Your iPhone’s operating-system backup may include app data according to your Apple settings. Saving an export to iCloud Drive is a file destination you choose, not automatic app synchronization.
Photos, signatures and permissions
Camera access is requested when you use the camera. The system photo picker provides only the photos you choose. Signatures include the drawn mark, signer name and signing time; unfinished signature strokes may also be saved locally. These files can appear in your PDFs and backups.
Exports and backups
Open a ticket’s PDF preview, then save or share the PDF. Full backups also include records, photos, signatures and saved PDFs. A shared PDF is a document copy, not a full backup.
Exports and full backups may contain the information you entered and any supported attachments. The app does not encrypt exported backups. Choose a trusted destination and protect the files. Other apps, cloud providers or recipients handle shared copies under their own practices.
Purchases
TMProof does not use in-app purchase processing or store purchase entitlements. Hailink Labs does not receive payment card details through the app.
Apple handles its services under its own privacy policy and device settings.
Analytics and tracking
The app has no advertising, analytics or third-party crash reporting SDK and does not track your behavior across other companies’ apps or websites. Apple may separately process usage or diagnostic information under your device settings and its own policies.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use these to answer you and resolve the issue. Our company mailbox uses Tencent’s business email service to deliver and store correspondence. Support messages may be accessed by Hailink Labs in China.
Please avoid sending sensitive customer information, passwords, payment credentials, or full business backups. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising. We keep support correspondence for no longer than 12 months after an issue is closed, unless an ongoing issue or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Retention and your choices
Your app records remain in local storage until you delete them or remove the app. Deletion does not remove earlier exports, device backups or files shared with other people. Manage those copies separately. Keep a full backup before uninstalling the app or replacing your device. We cannot retrieve local records from a Hailink Labs server or erase copies held by your chosen recipients.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held in our support correspondence, or to ask how it is used. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify a request using the relevant email address before acting on it.
Website visits
This website has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms, or account system. GitHub Pages provides hosting and delivery; GitHub processes technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
Policy changes
We will update this page and its effective date if data handling changes. Material changes will be explained here and, where appropriate, in the app.
