Before leaving the site
Open Check before leaving. Photograph every pending viewpoint or enter a reason to skip it. A skipped viewpoint is not counted as photographed. Save & Exit resumes the same open visit later.
Saving and photos
Wait for Saved before relying on a new photograph. If saving fails, retry after checking free storage and camera permission. Retake saves a new photo before replacing its reference, keeping the previous version. If an original is missing, recover from a full backup; do not uninstall or clear data to solve the error.
Back up and restore
Settings → Prepare full backup → Save backup to Files. Backups include all records, original photos and saved reports, and are not password-encrypted. Restore data from backup performs a full replacement after validation. Your previous workspace is retained as a safety copy. Purchase access is never imported from a data backup.
Purchases
Start the 7-Day Trial when you are ready. It does not charge automatically. Lifetime Access is a separate one-time purchase. Restore Purchases asks Apple to recover verified access; it does not restore photos. Trial expiry keeps history and exports available and lets you finish already-started visits.
