Local practice data
Pieces, landmarks, self-ratings, notes, hint images, drafts and history stay locally on your device. No app account, product server, ads, analytics, tracking, microphone, automatic listening, MIDI, AI scoring or automatic cloud sync is used. Hailink Labs does not receive your practice library.
Images and files
The system picker supplies only images you select. CueLadder copies resized JPEGs and removes original private metadata; no broad photo access is requested. You choose export, backup and sharing destinations, which process files under their own policies. Device backups may contain app data according to your settings. Full backups contain readable practice data and images; protect them before sharing.
Apple purchases
Apple handles non-consumable Lifetime purchases and restoration through StoreKit. CueLadder verifies transactions to unlock multiple active pieces and does not receive payment card details. Practice backups cannot grant purchase access.
Retention and deletion
Recently Deleted retains pieces for 30 days. Permanent deletion removes current records; separate backups may retain copies. Delete All Local Data clears app-owned records, images, drafts, snapshots and exports. Copies saved outside the app require separate deletion. Local snapshots cannot protect against device loss or uninstalling. Save important full backups outside the app.
Website and support correspondence
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages, whose service may process connection and request information under its own privacy statement. The website has no advertising, analytics, contact form or tracking cookies. Voluntary support email follows the existing company support policy and is separate from local practice records.
