Start with three demos
Choose one of the three permanently free guided demos. Select a word and a prediction, then submit before the scene is revealed. Feedback explains whether the word matches the goal and whether the prediction matches the word selected. Tap written instructions to hear bundled narration; use hints or repeat without a timer.
For Parents
Tap For Parents and complete the randomized three-step adult-reading challenge. This protects purchases, restore, external links, backup/import, deletion and sync. The parent session expires after 60 seconds idle, leaving the area or backgrounding. Returning from Apple or Files may require the challenge again. Profiles use preset avatars and do not ask for a child’s name.
Trial, Unlock Forever and Restore Purchases
The full trial lasts exactly 168 hours from the original verified Apple trial transaction. Restore, reinstall, time-zone changes and learning backups do not restart it. Unlock Forever is planned at US$5.99, with no subscription or automatic charge. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to purchase. Pending purchases wait for Apple approval. Restoration restores access, not learning history. A task started before expiry can finish; the next paid task remains locked. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot purchases.
Backup and restore
Export full backup creates a readable JSON file containing learning records and allowed settings. Choose its destination in Files. The app does not encrypt the file; protect exported copies. Choose backup to restore validates and previews a file before Merge verified backup. Records merge by identifier; damaged or unsupported files are rejected without replacing the library. Backups do not contain purchases, cloud authorization or parent-gate sessions.
Private iCloud progress
Sync starts off. A parent can enable private sync for devices using the same iCloud account. Profiles, committed learning records and deletion markers can merge across devices; unfinished control checkpoints and audio preferences remain local. Account changes pause the old scope instead of uploading its records to a new account. Deletion may need connectivity and synchronization to reach another device. Exported files and system backups are separate copies.
Contact support
A parent can email the app version, device model, system version and a short issue description. Do not send children’s names, recordings, full backups, receipts or payment details. Email does not automatically attach learning records. AffixHop is not yet available on the App Store; this page provides no download or testing invitation.
