Check your paper before cutting
Create a pattern and label the paper copy with its short code. Record changes as Needs check. After making a change on that copy, confirm Applied, or choose Not using with a reason. Confirm the paper label, view and size before sealing a version and before every new make. Ready records your confirmation; it does not certify fit or geometry. New versions copy notes but require fresh confirmations.
History and backups
Make snapshots preserve the version used. PDF and CSV are reports, not full-size sewing patterns or restorable backups. Create a complete .seamcarry backup in Settings and save it outside this device. Restore validates and previews the backup, creates a local checkpoint and replaces the full library. It does not merge libraries or transfer purchases. Keep a current external backup before restoring.
Two patterns free; optional Lifetime
Two patterns are free with every feature. Archived patterns count; Trash and the separate sample do not. The US Lifetime non-consumable purchase is US$9.99 for unlimited new patterns, with the current price shown by Apple. No subscription. Existing records remain available to view, edit, export and back up after refunds or temporary store errors. Restore Purchases uses your App Store account.
Saving and help
If saving fails, preserve your records, check available storage and retry. Do not uninstall or clear data to troubleshoot. Camera is optional; use the photo picker or text instead. Email support with the app version, action and exact error. Do not send private photos or full backups unless you choose to share them for support.
