Who we are
PressRecipe is developed by Hailink Labs, the brand of Shenzhen Hailink Technology Co., Ltd.. This policy covers the app and your contact with us.
Information used by the app
PressRecipe stores equipment and material descriptions, recipe titles, test settings and results, immutable setup snapshots, wash results, notes, dates, preferences and photos you choose. Purchase transaction facts and observed time are cached separately in the iPhone Keychain for verified offline access; business backups do not include them.
Local storage and cloud services
Records and selected photos are saved locally first. When available, private CloudKit sync uses your Apple Account. Hailink Labs does not operate a record server or automatically receive these records.
Hailink Labs does not automatically receive your app records or operate a server for them. Your iPhone’s operating-system backup may include app data according to your Apple settings. Saving an export to iCloud Drive is a file destination you choose, not automatic app synchronization.
Media and permissions
The system photo picker shares only images you select. PressRecipe saves its own JPEG copies, so deleting the original photo does not remove the saved test image. Photos may be included in private iCloud sync and full backups. The app does not request microphone, location or broad photo-library access.
Exports and backups
Export CSV in Settings provides test records and settings in a spreadsheet-friendly file. CSV does not include photo files and cannot replace a full backup. Full backups include records, preferences and copied photos.
Exports and full backups may contain the information you entered and any supported attachments. The app does not encrypt exported backups. Choose a trusted destination and protect the files. Other apps, cloud providers or recipients handle shared copies under their own practices.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases and restores through the App Store and StoreKit. The app uses verified transaction information to determine seven-day trial and lifetime access, and caches access information locally for offline use. Purchase access is separate from record backups. Hailink Labs does not receive your payment card details or operate a purchase receipt server.
Apple handles its services under its own privacy policy and device settings.
Analytics and tracking
The app has no advertising, analytics or third-party crash reporting SDK and does not track your behavior across other companies’ apps or websites. Apple may separately process usage or diagnostic information under your device settings and its own policies.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use these to answer you and resolve the issue. Our company mailbox uses Tencent’s business email service to deliver and store correspondence. Support messages may be accessed by Hailink Labs in China.
Please avoid sending sensitive customer information, passwords, payment credentials, or full business backups. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising. We keep support correspondence for no longer than 12 months after an issue is closed, unless an ongoing issue or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Retention and your choices
Your app records remain in local storage until you delete them or remove the app. Deletion does not remove earlier exports, device backups or files shared with other people. Manage those copies separately. Keep a full backup before uninstalling the app or replacing your device. We cannot retrieve local records from a Hailink Labs server or erase copies held by your chosen recipients.
Removing the app does not delete records already stored in your private iCloud database. Manage iCloud copies through your Apple settings separately; they may sync back when iCloud becomes available. Hailink Labs cannot access or delete that private database for you.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held in our support correspondence, or to ask how it is used. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify a request using the relevant email address before acting on it.
Website visits
This website has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms, or account system. GitHub Pages provides hosting and delivery; GitHub processes technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
Policy changes
We will update this page and its effective date if data handling changes. Material changes will be explained here and, where appropriate, in the app.
