Local documents
Show documents, patch routes, line checks and history are stored locally. Hailink Labs does not collect or upload them. No account, advertising, third-party analytics SDK or automatic cloud sync is used.
Apple and Keychain
Apple processes purchases and restoration through StoreKit. Verified access and first free Show eligibility are stored in the device Keychain. Backups do not contain trusted purchase credentials. The app requests no camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or tracking permission.
Exports and backups
You choose the recipient or storage provider for PDF, CSV and JSON backups. Those providers handle files under their own policies. iCloud Drive is user-selected file storage, not automatic PatchRelay synchronization. Backups contain readable Show data; protect them and review content before sharing.
Retention and deletion
Archive and Trash retain records. Recent valid local recovery versions support recovery from mistakes. You can delete Show data in Settings. Uninstalling, device loss or damage may lose data without an external backup. Restore Purchases restores access, not Show files.
Website and support correspondence
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages, whose service may process connection and request information under its own privacy statement. The website has no advertising, analytics, contact form or tracking cookies. Voluntary support email follows the existing company support policy and is separate from local Show records.
