Create, record, workshop and refit
- Create First Job, then Add Screen. Physically tag each screen with its stable number. Record its room and original opening.
- Choose Rescreen Existing Frame or New/Replacement Frame. Enter your own finished outside-frame dimensions, frame, mesh and hardware. Measurements are inches in exact 1/32 increments; unknown rescreen dimensions can remain blank.
- Review the specification and Confirm Ready. Workshop marks each current revision Built/Rescreened. Refit records Installed or Fit Issue at the original opening.
- Complete all non-cancelled screens before the job is complete. Critical edits create a revision and Needs Check. Export a current PDF/CSV and keep a Full Backup.
Measurements and hardware
PaneBatch does not measure from photos or calculate manufacturing clearances. Enter 23, 23 1/2, 23 3/8 or 23.375; off-grid decimals are rejected rather than rounded. Hardware uses an exterior-facing view: top stays up; top/bottom offsets start at the left and left/right offsets at the top. Diagrams are not to scale. Verify physical fit and safety yourself.

One Complete Job Free includes all core features without watermarks or screen/photo/export quotas. A US $19.99 one-time Lifetime purchase unlocks Unlimited Jobs. No subscription or timed trial. Archived jobs and jobs in Trash count until permanently deleted. Restoring multiple jobs keeps existing data usable and only limits new excess jobs.
Open Settings > Purchase. The App Store displays the applicable price. Settings > Restore Purchase uses the original purchasing Apple Account while online. Backup restore does not restore entitlement; failed or revoked purchases never delete job data.
Photos, export and backup
Take Photo asks for camera permission; Choose Photo uses the system picker. If denied, use text or choose an existing image. Export offers PDF and CSV worksheets. Settings > Export Full Backup prepares .panebatchbackup for Files or Share. Keep a copy outside the app. Restore Backup validates and previews counts before an explicit Full Replace; it does not merge. Save current data before confirming replacement.
Troubleshooting
If saving fails, preserve your existing data, check device storage and retry. If a backup is rejected, keep the original and verify its source/version; do not edit its hashes or replace current data. A critical change requires a fresh Ready check and new workshop/refit confirmation. Previous exports are not recalled and may be Outdated. View Sample Job is fictional and read-only.
Contact
Include your app version, iOS version and a short description. Remove private data from screenshots. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, customer records or full backups.
