Local records
PaneBatch stores jobs, optional customer/property labels and location text, screen identities, openings, measurements, frame and mesh specifications, hardware, notes, photos, revisions, status history, exports and settings on your device. There is no app account, developer backend or CloudKit synchronization. Hailink Labs does not automatically receive these records.
Camera and photos
Camera permission is requested only when you choose Take Photo. Choose Photo uses Apple’s system picker and supplies only images you select. The app saves its own local image copies. Camera refusal does not block text records. No microphone, location or contacts permission is requested.
Apple services and purchases
Apple StoreKit loads the Lifetime product and processes purchase and restore. PaneBatch checks verified transactions to determine unlimited-job access. Hailink Labs does not receive payment card details or operate a receipt server. The free model is one complete job; there is no timed trial or subscription. Purchase entitlement is separate from job data and is excluded from full backups.
Core work is offline. Apple purchases and restores may need a connection. Apple handles its services and operating-system backups under your Apple settings and its own privacy policy.
Export, backup and sharing
PDF and CSV are worksheets, not full backups. A .panebatchbackup includes records, revisions/history, photos, relevant export files and settings with integrity hashes. It is readable and not password-encrypted. Files and Share Sheet transfer data only when you choose a destination or recipient. Saving to iCloud Drive is a destination you select, not automatic app sync. Protect backups and manage external copies separately; the app cannot recall shared files.
Retention, restore and deletion
Records remain until you delete them or remove the app. Normal deletion moves records to Trash, which is not emptied automatically. Full Replace restore validates the backup, previews counts and requires confirmation, then retains an internal rollback snapshot. Permanent deletion removes relevant managed media, exports and internal retained copies; Delete All Data also clears personal settings. Save a backup outside the app first. External exports, shared copies and Apple-managed backups are not recalled. We have no server copy from which to recover your job data.
Analytics and tracking
The app has no ads, analytics, third-party crash SDK, tracking or AI service. Apple may independently process diagnostics under your device settings and its policies.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments to answer and resolve the issue. Our company mailbox uses Tencent’s business email service. Hailink Labs may access support mail in China. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We retain correspondence for no longer than 12 months after an issue closes unless an ongoing issue or legal obligation requires longer. Avoid sending customer records, full backups, passwords or payment credentials.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information held in support mail, or ask about its use. We may verify the request using the relevant email address. Local app records are controlled on your device; chosen recipients manage external copies.
Website visits
This website has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, contact form or account system. GitHub Pages hosts it and processes technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. See GitHub’s privacy statement.

Substantive changes will be described on this page with an updated effective date.
