Getting started
- Choose your workout. Create a workout, review an imported text or image draft, repeat a saved workout, or start an Open Workout.
- Follow the timer. Use For Time, Interval, Fixed Cycle / EMOM, AMRAP or Open. Confirm actions with large buttons or optional English voice commands.
- Review and repeat. Review recorded results, repeat a workout and compare sessions when their training conditions are comparable.
Common questions
Voice commands are optional and use English on-device recognition. If permissions or recognition are unavailable, use touch controls. Background audio and voice availability depend on iOS. Review image-import drafts before saving. After the trial, history, corrections, exports, backups and an already started workout remain available; starting a new workout requires Lifetime.
Data & backup
Workouts and templates are saved locally first, so training does not wait for a network connection. When iCloud is available, the app can sync these records through your Apple Account’s private CloudKit database. No Hailink Labs account is required.
In Settings, choose Create JSON Backup and save it outside the app. Restore Backup validates the file and adds missing records without replacing existing records with the same identifiers. Purchase access is not included.
Keep backups outside the app before uninstalling it or resetting a device. Deleting the app removes its local records. If saving fails, keep the existing data, free device storage and retry.
Export & files
Choose Export CSV in Settings for workout records, or Create JSON Backup for templates, sessions and backup data. CSV uses meters and kilograms and is not a restorable full backup.

Restore Purchases
Open the app’s purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while connected to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring a business backup does not restore purchase access.
