Who we are
TurnMath is developed by Hailink Labs, the brand of Shenzhen Hailink Technology Co., Ltd.. This policy covers the app and contact with us.
Children and local play data
TurnMath is designed for children ages 6–8 playing with a parent. We do not collect personal information through the app. There is no account, child name, birthday, profile, photo, chat or user-generated content. Player labels are temporary and do not identify a child.
The app stores preferences and unnamed session records on the device: session identifiers, dates, mode, challenge counts, self-marked results and completion status. These records are not sent to Hailink Labs. Self-marked counts are not an educational assessment.
Permissions, speech and tracking
No microphone, camera, location, contacts or photo-library permission is requested. English speech uses Apple’s on-device speech synthesizer; the app does not listen, record or upload voices. There are no ads, analytics, third-party SDKs or cross-app tracking.
Apple purchases and services
Purchases and Restore Purchases are in Parent Area behind a randomized parental gate. Apple processes the optional non-consumable Lifetime Unlock through StoreKit. TurnMath checks verified Apple transactions to determine access, including eligible Family Sharing. We do not receive payment card details or run a receipt server. Free Starter is not a timed trial or subscription.
Core play is offline. Apple may process purchase, account and diagnostic information under its own policies and your device settings. Apple privacy policy
Storage, retention and deletion
There is no app backend, CloudKit sync, export or in-app backup feature. Local play data remains until the app is removed. Removing the app deletes its local data; operating-system backups are managed separately through Apple settings. We cannot recover device records. Lifetime access can be restored using the purchasing Apple Account; restoring purchases does not restore play records.
Parent support correspondence
Support is intended for parents and guardians. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments to answer your request. Please do not send child names, birthdays, photos, voices, passwords or payment credentials. Purchases and external links in the app are behind the parental gate.
Our company mailbox uses Tencent’s business email service. Support correspondence may be accessed by Hailink Labs in China. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We retain it for no longer than 12 months after an issue closes, unless an ongoing issue or legal obligation requires longer. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may verify the request through the relevant email address.
Website visits
This website has no analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or accounts. GitHub Pages hosts the site and processes technical request data such as IP addresses for delivery and security. GitHub privacy statement
Changes and contact
We update this page and effective date when data handling changes. Material changes will be explained here and, where appropriate, in the app.
