Add your tested recipe, target yield and batch limits. Review the split and total quantities before starting.
Weigh and check each batch
Confirm an ingredient only after weighing and preparing it. Mark Uncertain when the physical situation needs checking; the batch stays on Hold.
Resume with a fresh check
An active run becomes Paused after restarting. Check the real batch before continuing. Completed runs retain recipe and quantity snapshots; Repeat starts a fresh draft.
Scope and checks
Ingredients use g/kg; yields use pieces or grams. A preparation check does not mean added or mixed. BatchMise does not read scales, convert cups or ingredient density, supply recipes, guarantee results or certify food safety.
Free access and purchases

Your data and backups
Recipes and batch records stay on the device. Export PDF/CSV reports or a full JSON backup to a destination you choose. Full restore validates and backs up existing data before replacement; it does not merge data or restore purchases. Keep an external backup.
